Francesco greeted us warmly at Reception and was a constant source of information and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. He even obtained his Grandmother's family recipe for Caponata (which we love), carefully transcribed into English with printed versions in both languages for us to bring home. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, tons of restaurants, cafes and shops as well as the Aeolian Islands ferry port and the promenade sea wall. The breakfast buffet assortment was huge and delicious, attended by two lovely ladies who kept replenishing to ensure it was always fresh, and bringing countless cups of fresh coffee. It was a delightful visit and we'd highly recommend this property.
