I really liked the location of this apartment. It was very close to the city, and also beaches- go to Maria Pia beach :-)
The balcony is great. Overall the place was very clean. The air con was great.
There is a pizzaria down stairs, it's great quality pizza.
- The apartment was spotless clean, spacious and fairly well equipped with almost new equipment.
- Parking free of charge next to the apartment on the street was always available
- Convenient location - further from the noisy center, but close to Maria Pia beach and just a few minutes by car to Capo Caccia, Punta Giglio and beautiful beaches further from the city.
It was our second stay in Rina hotel.
We appreciated convenient location, just a 30-min walk to the old town (you can always take a bus) and 15-min walk to beautiful Maria Pia beach, on the same street you find the best ice cream! We enjoyed the swimming pool, breakfast service and bar. Rooms are modest, but clean. We left with nice memories and will be back again next year!

The location was perfect for my needs, around 15 min walk to the centre of Alghero and 30 min walk to Maria Pia beach, also 5 mim walk to the bus stop. The hotel is situated beach front and it was my own choice to visit other beaches.
Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The room was large, very spacious.
Lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the buzzing centre. Enjoyed using the hotel shuttle bus to beautiful Maria Pia beach. Nice balcony area with the room which we enjoyed sitting out on. Air conditioning worked well to keep us cool in very hot weather and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool inside the older residential area with a lifeguard. Close to Maria Pia beach only around 300m. Fully furnished and equipped apartment including a coffee machine, air conditioning, towels, washing and cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable enough.
Great location for beach goers. Town beach is 5min walk and beautiful Maria Pia beach with dunes and pine trees is only 7min walk away.
Lots of space in the apartment, big outdoor balcony surrounded by trees and blooming bushes. Air conditioning, coffee maker, washing machine, oven. Very clean. Exceptional contact with host, fast response and instant help if needed. We were able to check in much earlier which helped a lot. Comfortable bed in main bedroom with new mattress. Beach chairs and beach towels in the apartment as well.
The apartment was super close to the supermatkets and Alghero public beach.
You can reach Old Town in about 20 minutes by walk and Maria Pia Beach in 30 (much better than the city beach).
Everything was clean and the host comunicated well. Even the early check-in was not a big deal.
The beds were extra soft for us, but it is subjctive, of course.
It would be nice if there was a wifi available.
Anyway, we would came back anytime.
