Il Salotto della Regina was everything we could have hoped for as our first place to stay in Italy. The room was clean, modern, well lit, well air conditioned, and impressively quiet for being on Riviera Chiaia. The bed was comfortable with a memory foam topper. The bathroom had a rain shower, and nice new fixtures and lights. It even had a highly amusing "disco light" in the for some reason.
Breakfast was fresh and terrific each morning. Wherever they get their pastries was out of this world. Staff stood by and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast, making cappucino or espresso.
I was blown away by the staff in general they were friendly and helpful at check in/out as well as asking if we needed anything each time we passed the front desk. We had some lovely conversations asking about our tourism outings and they gave some very helpful suggestions. They were fantastic and made us feel so welcome we were a little sad to leave.
The location is also very convenient. Buses can be grabbed on Riviera Chiaia, the Linea 2 Metro station at Mergellina is a short walk west, and Linea 6 has a new station to the east.

We had an incredible stay here and the room was absolutely perfect. It felt brand new, equipped with everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was clear, and it made our stay so comfortable.
The personnel were amazing, especially Maria – she was a true gem and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference.
The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of Toledo Street, with everything you could need within walking distance. Whether it was dining, shopping, or just exploring, everything was right at our fingertips.
Breakfast was also a highlight, with the fridge fully stocked with water, juices, milk, jams, honey, and much more. It was such a convenient and thoughtful touch.
Overall, this is an amazing place to stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Close to all forms of transport, and many sites, restaurants. Great wi-fi. I did not use it, but it's a nice tv with netflix already set up.
I also appreciated the bottles of water and champagne on arrival!

It was spotless!! That’s the most important thing to me & it was! Also, the A/C & water pressure were great. Naples is very hot in the summer, so these were very welcome. Very tastefully renovated & looked brand new. The hosts were very helpful & responsive. They sent me all sorts of info about the area. I had no issues at all! It’s walking distance to the Toledo Metro, close to everything in the heart of Naples, including the Port & Galleria Umberto. I’d definitely stay there again!
Location, cleanness and hospitality by property owner is extremely great. We can see the inside of Galleria Umberto I even during night and morning, and we can get many famous places on foot.
Impressed with all aspects of apartment, including air-conditioning....Great location - close to the port, Castle Nuovo, metro station (Municipio), Palazzo Reale, Galleria Umberto - all within 5 minute walk.
