Staff were welcoming and genuinely happy to help in any way. Effortless check in and check out, fantastic breakfast. Room was great with fantastic view from the balcony, very comfortable with roomy bathroom and chairs with desk. 10 min from Lido centre and main vaporetto stop, with a bus stop right outside the hotel (fares covered by the vaporetto pass). 8 min walk from tronchetto stop at S.Nicolo.
A villa of the 1930s, the Russo Palace has its private dock in Lido, and offers beautiful views of Venice across the lagoon. The hotel is also right by the water-bus stop for Saint Mark's Square.

Location on the Lido was fabulous, our first time staying over there, would highly recommend it.
Hotel was lovely - staff were fabulous and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Room a good size with gorgeous views from the balcony.
