The property is located near grape fields that make a special atmosphere for escaping holidays in relaxing mode. The stuff is very gentle especially the owners Benina and Roberto, they were very happy to help us with everything that we needed .
Very good choice for breakfast with very fresh and tasty meals.

Beautifully restored old baronial mansion with charming, characterful rooms. Amazing food. The tasting menu was exceptional and a great chance to try a wide variety of Sicilan food. Kind and gracious hosts. Quiet location not too far from Agrigento temples. Lovely beach 5 mins drive away.

It is significantly more than a hotel, it is a very large resort, with a completely private beach, a very large swimming pool next to the beach (warning: that swimming pool is not heated, so it was quite cold in May), a Spa complex with a very nice and long indoor (heated) swimming pool, and several also very nice and large spa baths outside (these ones with warm water). The Spa reservation system ensures there are only a few guests at any time, no large crowd, and children aren't authorized in the Spa complex unless the weather is bad. The restaurants were excellent, I particularly recommend to have lunch next to the large outdoor pool, but the other two restaurants and the breakfast are excellent. Very nice room, loved the large private terrace. Everything was top notch. We had a small issue with our shower (rain shower stuck), and it was fixed very promptly. All the staff was super nice. We didn't play golf, but you can use one of the freely available bikes to cycle around the golf course, which is very nice (it is a private complex, so no external car).

Spectacular site with ancient temples.
Spectacular site with ancient temples. The park in itself must be left to imagination, since there is not much to be seen. The ticket vendor tries to push a full tour ticket tour to you, quite aggressively. The catacombs is not worth paying for. We were promised an english speaking guide, however an Italian speaking guide showed up - basta!

We saw the Lido Garibaldi.
We saw the Lido Garibaldi. Although a nice looking place over the sea, it was rather sad and desolate due to being out of season. There seems to be a lot of private villas and houses for renting in season. They also have a campsite. It doesn't strike me as your typical tourist resort, more nature.
The sea and the cliffs remind one of Dover. They also have an archaeological spot to visit nearby
