The Hotel proprietor Michele was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we found the place where we booked to park the car. The hotel is very close to the centre near Piazza IV Novembre, a few minutes walk and told us the places of interest and local cafes and places to eat. A very enjoyable stay at his Hotel. Excellent location - no distance from the Corso Vannucci, Palazzo dei Priori, Duomo, and the lively centre of Perugia with lots of eating places.
Easy connection to the train station using the TS bus at Piazza Italia - 2 euro one way. This made trips to places like Assisi very straightforward.
Good accommodation - very clean, comfortable bed, TV, wifi worked well. I didn't make use of the kitchen facilities but they seemed fine (but with Corso Vannucci only 100m away, why eat in?)
Check-in was very straightforward.
The last station of the Minimetro was pretty close but walking to the heart of Perugia, Corso Vannucci, was about 5 minutes or longer if you stop for a
coffee.
Family run hotel just a 3 minute walk from the main square (Piazza IV novembre) and Corso Vannucci, in a quiet neighbourhood at night.
