Amazing views, clean a comfortable room with an amazing balcony! About a 5 minute walk to the main spring. Their breakfast was also amazing a lot to choose from!

The room was large, even by European standards. We had room to move and not bump into walls and furniture. There is a restaurant next door that has a truly traditional Italian dinner which was delicious and fascinating to see and eat. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. We do not speak Italian but we did not feel remotely misunderstood or unable to communicate; they were charming and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I wish that we had been able to try the omelette that was offered but we filled up on the pastry, fruit, salami, cheese, and yogurt so were too stuffed for more. And as a person with food allergies I loved being able to eat all that was offered. A truly exceptional stay and would choose again in a heartbeat.

Comfy beds. Strong shower. Good WiFi. The pool!!Perfect for small children as has a very shallow section so we were able to sit from the side to watch them splash about. It’s beautiful! Although careful of the sides which are a little sharp, we burst 3 pool floats. Wonderful owners, Marco and family, who went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The owner/ staff very nice, caring, and considerate. The owner speaks Italian, I used the translate app on my phone to communicate with the owner; she is very responsive and nice. They do have English speaking staff as well. Overall, good place, excellent, and kind people.

Don't forget your swimming suit, towel and wallet to visit the lovely outdoor pub and restaurant afterwards. It is so lovely to get into that hot spring water and sit there for as long as you wish.

Location within walking distance of the Cascate del Mulino Thermal Springs but also very quiet and peaceful. Very "non-touristy" but also very accommodating to us as tourists. Close to Montemerano and Saturnia with many options to eat (be sure to eat early - there are few, if any, dinner options late at night).
