Checkin was fantastic. I saw first time that the staff is escorting with you to the rooms and give you chance to pick one. They told that they are trying to give at least 2 options to the guests to choose. Rooms and all public areas were extremely clean and everything are white and well maintained. Beach is basically a few steps away and there is a dedicated area for Falkensteiner which they only accept hotel guests. They give towels and also provide very nice service. Staff are very professional.

Great place to stay, the owners are amazing couple who accommodated all our needs. There is parking space available for free. The sunbeds and umbrella by the beach side were included in the rate, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was rich, and quite delicious. The room was spacious and clean, cleaned up everyday, big balcony looking at the street. Mainly, the bathroom was very clean and seemed like freshly renovated. Totally happy with the stay.

The location was great, the beach is a few minutes walk, and the Caribe Bay is about ten minutes walk. Great parking place for the car. The main street is in front of the house, but the noise is not disturbing with the windows closed. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Everything was okay.

Private parking is a big plus and the property in general is exceptionally maintained. Highly recommended for families with small kids.
Although there is no EV charger on site - 2 parking lots each 100-200m from the property have one so charging a car is not an issue.
Nice hosts, location in the very center, free sunbeds on the beach which located 3-minute walk away from the hotel, parking place, 20% discount in the excellent Albatros restaurant, which unfortunately we found out about only on the last day of our stay. There is a bus stop nearby for the buses to the port of Punta Sabbioni with ferries to Venice. Aquapark Caribe Bay is a 13-minute walk away from the hotel.
The location was perfect, the hotel is on the main shopping street, it is 1 minute to the beach, and it is 9 minutes walk to Caribe Bay aquapark. I couldn't find better!!! The staff is incredibly nice, and observant. One of the receptionists speaks so brightful, perfect british English, that was marvellous, it was a pleasure to listen to. (Unfortunately we forgot to ask her name!) This hotel became my favourite hotel in Jesolo!!!!!!!
