It's a great little place, very close to EVERYTHING! Super clean and cozy. But best of all, were Natalina and her husband (who owns a Very good restaurant Via Roma.) They could not have been kinder or more generous. Went over and BEYOND to make my stay so wonderful! Every owner should be this accommodating; I felt like a Queen or at least "an aunt."

Overall amazing stay with incredibly nice staff. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious with great coffee. The location is perfect for the beach and center of town. The room was always clean and the bed was comfy. highly recommend staying here!

Great small old town with good food & drink. Easy to walk about. Beach a little dull - shelving small pebbles - so not great for young kids or just a chilled swim. Great mountain biking, running and walking in the wooded hills inland of the town. Great uplift services for biking. Real friendly atmosphere for outdoor activities of any kind.

A beach holiday town that offers many restaurants and shops for self catering. Many paid-for beaches but also stunning public beaches to the left of town, about 1.5km. There is a bus service that is included in accommodation, but we could not figure it out but enjoy walking on the lovely promenade.

We wanted to go to a place that wasn't filled with tourists, so we could get a feel for the real Italy & how Italians live. We lucked out with Finale Ligure; we were the only Americans in town & didn't hear any other languages but Italian & one family speaking German. It's not a glitzy place, which is why we loved it. Charming, so well preserved, with a beautiful beach, fabulous food, a long passeggiata along the beaches. In fact, I'm reluctant to write this review, as I feel we found a hidden gem. A few notes: we arrived by car & quickly realized that locals don't even bother looking for parking. Go to the parking lot, leave your car there for the duration & pay a small fee when you leave. We loved the beach area & Finalborgo, the medieval town about 15 minutes' walk inland, was an amazing experience. We expected to view an old wall & castle & were so surprised to find yet another lively town with narrow side streets filled with people having dinner, coffee, drinks or gelato. Finale Ligure was pretty lively, so if you're looking for a sleepy quiet village, this isn't it. But if you want a fun, busting, safe, friendly spot which seemed to attract everyone from young people & families to couples on honeymoons, this is a great place.

It was a nice size small town still maybe not too we’ll know. We just stayed overnight on our way home from a Easter vacation in France, however, I would consider returning for a vacation to enjoy the beach and explore the area further.

Amazing place to visit for its beaches, mtn biking, and rock climbing. Easily accessible by train. Camping is the only cheap accommodation so bring a tent or prepare to spend minimum $100 a night. Cheap bike rentals and shuttles. Amazing food and restaurants. See the Castles go to Punta Crena. Visit Finalborgo and get lost shopping. Did I say GO MOUNTAIN BIKING!

If some love the beach and others love the mountain, why...
If some love the beach and others love the mountain, why settle? Just have both and go to Finale! There's hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, public beaches (as well as private bagni) , swimming, people watching, great food, gelato, beer and sun!
We absolutely loved staying at Pesce Palla. Our room was super clean and spacious, equipped with a very comfortable bed and other necessary amenities. The bathroom was neat and tidy too. The host Filippo provided a service of an exceptional quality! He was very hospitable and helpful. Our room was tidied up every day. We had everything that we needed for our comfortable stay (a secure biking room and a spot in a garage). The location is great. We are looking forward to staying in Pesce Palla again once we're back in Finale Ligure!
The house is very nice, equipped with all you need - a large bathroom, a nice kitchen with dishes and a washing machine. The house is on a very quiet street and from the bedroom, you have a nice view of the surrounding. There is a small market and a bakery shop in the centre of the village not far away. There are a lot of cycling and trekking possibilities around. Finale Ligure is very close just a few minutes with a car. The hosts are very friendly. There is also a nice garage where you can put your bikes in a safe place.
Breakfast was absolutely incredible! Room was neat and tidy, bed comfortable and we had a little balcony to sit out on. The hotel has an amazing view from the pool area, pool was clean and really nice. Staff were so nice and friendly. The walk down to the beach/promenade area is a decent set of stairs, which was fine for us and we enjoyed the exercise. We walked from the station and for wheeling our suitcases, we used the road up the hill which doesn't have any stairs.
The Hotel is in a beautiful location and it is very reasonable in terms of price performance.
I had requested a room with a sea view at the time of purchase and they immediately responded by taking this note into account, and the view was amazing :)
Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and everyone working there was friendly according to me.
If I ever go to Finale Ligure again (I hope!), I would like to stay there :)
We came to finale for 8 days riding mountain biking. Stefano took care of everything we needed, includes some stuff that we forget to bring from home.
Nice place, clean, a Big bike storage, And also place to wash and service the bike. Free city bikes if we wanted to go to a bar or something like that,
3 minutes from the see, and 10 minutes from the city center. Good quite and nice area.

The appartment is very clean and it has got all necessary cooking equipment. There is a small DeSpar shop 200 meters away and a big Coop supermarket is 10 minutes walk. It is less then 5 minutes walk to Finalborgo and the bus stop of the 40 bus is 200 meters away from the appartment. This bus goes all way down to Savona along the coast, passing through entire Finale Ligure, Varigotti, Noli, Spotorno, Bergeggi.
The place is awesome!!! Super nice town house with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is great and the host is super welcoming and caring. This is a good spot for climbing and mountain biking (it is possible to bike from the B&B). Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone who likes quietness.
The beach with crystal clear water can be reached within five minutes of walking. Also the very scenic San Donato beach is just around the corner. A couple of good restaurants are within walking distance as well. The host Carlo is very friendly and helpful. We fully enjoyed our stay in Finale Ligure.
The breakfast was superb, as were the two evening meals we had. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We shared a large, comfortable room overlooking the beach and spent some good times sitting out on the balcony watching the passers by. The whole hotel experience was delightful.
Finale Ligure is a charming town, and the appartment is right in the centre - close to Nice pedestrian Streets, Big square and the Beach. But still very quiet. Great beds. Included is one croissant and one cup of coffee for breakfast at local cafe
The hotel is located on the top of a hill and the scenery is just breathtaking! Vincenzo and his family are super sweet and kind, and even though we didn't speak an oz of Italian, he made me and my friends feel comfortable and at home.
The location (almost at the beach), balcony (the biggest in the city, probably), airco (it was +32 outside), laundry machine (cripy but operational), elevator, free parking at the managing hotel (15 mins walk), mokka.
Very good location, right outside the center of Finalborgo and walking distance from Finale Ligure. The apartment looks new and clean. The host is very friendly and open to accommodate the guests’ wishes.
