Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the L'Essenza Hotel, the staff here are SO lovely, so helpful giving recommendations, going above and beyond to ensure our sleep is good as I requested more pillows for our room.

Don't be put off by the vast empty spaces on the ground floor. Eventually they'll get filled up and the upper floors make up for it. And it's free so you can't really complain! The staff were totally lovely and very keen. Take an audio guide because the written material is thin on the ground. You'll need to leave photo ID at the desk to borrow an audio guide.
