The service was second to none. Every request was met with a smile. The rooms (I stayed in a grand club suite and a standard room over different nights) were both excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The club lounge was also nice, with great views.

My husband and I stayed here. The hotel and room were immaculate. Everything was super clean and fresh. They even decorated the room and provided complementary sparkling wine for us to celebrate which was lovely. The room was spacious with a large bathroom with shower & tub and floor to ceiling windows. There were black out curtains to ensure that we were able to sleep in and recover from our several hours of travel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet option at restaurant and everything they served was delicious.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The buggy system to Lulu Mall was excellent as it would be very uncomfortable due to the intense heat. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a collection of Western and Indian cuisine.
I loved everything about this hotel, excellent location in Cochin, next door to the lovely Lulu Mall, hotel provided free buggy services to and from lulu mall. Hats off to the amazing chef Suresh Ganesh, we had told him about a pastry native to our home South Africa, the next morning it was prepared and brought to us at breakfast. Such wonderful service and kindnes! The hotel staff were always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
