Breakfast was decent enough. A pretty good spread. The freebies thrown in (2 free beers, 500 rs voucher, etc) were a funny surprise.

This hotel is relaxing and well managed overall if you don't mind being a little outside the centre of Kochi. I quite liked that as it made getting in and out of the city a bit easier as I have relatives outside the city I wanted to visit. The customer service, pool, breakfast facilities are all top class and really make for a great stay.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The check in was quick and easy even though we walked in at 5 am. Breakfast was buffest was great, the dosa nd vada was good. Good choice of indian breakfast. We also had a good dinner buffet. Dinner buffest price a bit high but still enjoyed the meal. The hotel had hosted some events during our stay. But they were done in a manner not to disturb other guests. Will recommend Four Points for the good location, food and rooms.

Excellent location with comfortable rooms and easy-to-use facilities that cater to a range of traveling needs, including a gym, restaurant and spa. The property is clean and well-lit, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Transport (Ubers) is easily accessible and the location is safe which makes it a very convenient place to stay and access other parts of the city. Especially recommended for women who are traveling on their own as the guests and staff are mature and professional.
