Not worth staying there, Just reach the falls around 10 am...
Not worth staying there, Just reach the falls around 10 am and leave in an hour. Nothing much to do. Carry your own snacks as there is no infrastructure of any kind. Only one small restaurant operates in that complex selling reasonable food, but always crowded at lunch time. The only other dining option there is at Kargal which is 5 kms away. There are photographers (Romal D Souza) who take your pictures and print it for a reasonable amount. Please encourage them and give them some business. Its their livelihood.

Jogfalls waterfall is one of the biggest water falls in the world . I suggest travel during the rainy season to enjoy its splendour. Though the flow of water is less in October it’s still pleasant to watch than summer . Visit near by Jungle lodge resort water sports which is just 5 km away. One must also visit Devi temple at jog .

The hosts are kind and the staff are polite. Vegetarian food provided was simple, homely and delicious. The room was quite large and comfortable. Excellent location to visit Jog Falls maybe 7 kms away we could go twice to enjoy both views morning and evening. They encourage families as they are also staying on the property so proper decorum and decency are suggested.

Gated Bungalow. Decently sized rooms. Area around the property was calm and quite. Hosts were great. Food was excellent for a home stay with varieties provided. Covered parking was available for 3 cars. Just 15 minutes drive to the Jog Falls. The host was well informed about the routes and places of interest.
We really liked the location. It is very close to jog falls. The rooms were good and the common area of the property was excellent. In addition the foods served was exceptional. It was home cooked local food and tasted superbly nice.
I had a pleasant stay with family. Very friendly staff. Great location and very close to the Jog falls point. I would recommend this hotel for all who want to have a hassle free stay in budget.

Jog falls and the family that runs it is very sweet and takes care of everything from hot water to the yummiest malnad food (poha, dosa and meals) and also helped me with an off beat route to go to Agumbe. Overall highly recommend the same 💕
