we only stayed one night with dinner and it was superb. The rooms were beautiful and beds great. We had dinner and service and food was best we have had on our trip in superb setting, wonderful night!.
The picturesque town of Carrick-on-Shannon is home to the Aisleigh Guest House. The River Shannon is just a 10-minute walk and bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and TVs.

The food was great. On the first day the staff apologised for being overwhelmed by the numbers they were serving and food arriving late. Consequent days there was no problem - and it was always worth waiting for.

Everything! Couldn’t of had a better stay at Kilronan Castle.
Everything. The accommodation and breakfast were fabulous. Helen was very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The B&B was next door to the Lough Key Forest Park, a beautiful place to walk and enjoy a variety of activities.
We really liked everything, started with the location right beside the forest park and all in Lough key forest park honestly it a bit of a hidden gem,room perfect spotless clean,nice bathroom, comfortable beds staff absolutely fantastic friendly and a wonderful safe environment, breakfast was just perfect fresh fruit cereal yogurt fresh juice coffee and a full Irish breakfast we will definitely be going back
