Very friendly and efficient staff from front desk to housekeeping to waiting staff. Had a lovely lunch in the bar. Food arrived quickly and was priced reasonably. We were facilitated with an early check in and we booked a taxi through front desk to a nearby wedding. Breakfast was freshly prepared and had plenty of choice.

The room was clean but it felt like a nursing home, dowdy, no effort put in, it isn't a hotel stay. I booked for convience due to location of an Xmas night out. Room was paid for, charged second time, can't get contact for a refund. Peter Canavan is the face of this venue, done a guest appearance for all those who cared. Your only as good as your last win, take a walk around what your putting your face and character to. The staff were not overly happy, no doubt paid pittens. Stick to the football Peter, turning up like your some sort of celebrity doesn't take away from the fact your taking money of people who work very hard to get and given a motel experience at most £60.
