Best location to stay in old city makassar with excellent staff , good service. Good breakfast. Comfortabel room. More than that..our room was upgraded to Junior suite, which the best city view you can have during the stay.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Hotel transportation from the airport to Hyatt Place was perfect. All personnel was super friendly and helpful and we had a great reception. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at Papillon restaurant which was great!! Both the quality of the food as well as the service. The next morning the breakfast buffet was amazing. I have never seen such variety in food and beverages. Just too much to choose from! (Which is a compliment) We only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer.

The location is great. It is within walking distance of Losari beach. The staff is helpful and thoughtful, they sang for our daughter who was having her birthday (she liked it!). The building is spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the owner offer airport transportation service.
Breakfast was nice and various options from western to local cuisines. Location-wise, very near to Losari Beach Waterfront. Nearby to Damri Bus Stop if you are coming from the airport or vice-versa.
I loved my stay so much that I extended for 3 extra nights. Very comfortable and big bed and a hot shower. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was great. The hotel is close to losari beach and supermarkts.

Good localization, just a few steps from Losari Beach. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are also available rooms for smokers, so for us, that was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the space and the strategic location of the hotel from Losari Beach/Street. The toiletries were basic but sufficed. Plus the breakfast offered various options to choose from.
