We stayed at this hotel for Formula 1 and had a truly exceptional experience thanks to the incredible service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Every request we made was met with a “yes” and handled promptly, no hesitation, no excuses. Their responsiveness and genuine care made all the difference and turned our visit into a memorable experience.
We were especially impressed with the front desk team, who were consistently friendly and efficient, making check-in and every interaction seamless. A special thanks to Jason at the bar, whose warm hospitality and attentive service really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.
The hotel also made the best effort to assist us with last-minute transportation to and from the circuit, which was a huge help during the busy Formula 1 period.
It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and appreciated throughout their stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and will definitely return!

What a treat! Can not fault this hotel. It really is 5* at every turn. It's simply beautiful. The spa was lovely, clean, modern and not outdated (as I've found with some spas in the UK). We also had a turn down service with little chocolates left on our pillow which really brought home the luxury experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay here.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfy. The AC worked just fine, a plus in August. The water pressure was just right and hot almost instantly. Value for money was on point. There was no noticeable nose pollution from the outside or other rooms. Since it is close to a tram 4/6 stops we managed to get to the Sziget Festival and back under 30 minutes both times.

The property had a decent amount of space which was comfortable and clean. Great kitchen and laundry facilities. We were in town for Sziget Festival and this was a good location. Close to the Metro and was very easy to get around. The self check in option was extremely convenient for us as our flight got in late.

The communication with Laszlo was smooth and easygoing. He even let us use two parking spots for the duration of the trip.
The apartment itself was really big (also the huge terrace ) and we'll equipped. The location was also good, we stayed there for the Sziget festival, but it was also easy to get into the city.
Thanks again, Laszlo! We had a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even the newbies in the crew who were a bit confused at times. The sheer size of the hotel is impressive, as well as it's specter of amenities including its own park, a good spa, and lots of parking options. One of the best locations for staying while attending Sziget festival.

There was nothing that we did not like. The best apartment of the past couple of years so far. Recommended to everyone. We could drop the luggage early morning before we started our day in town. It was a huge relief with two kids. Neat and clean, beautiful view, great communication from the host. I accidentally booked the flat last year for the Sziget festival. I am very frustrated why i did not book more days. Thank you, thank you, thank youuuuu. We will certainly return.
It was very spacious, super comfortable and the terrace was amazing. Super quiet location. It's a great spot if you're goinf to Sziget festival. Communication was great.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting Sziget festival and it was an excellent choice. Perfect location in Buda center, a 5 minute walk from Batthyany ter, the departure station of H5 train which goes to Sziget. We stayed in a budget room in a different building of the hotel, there were just 3 rooms. Breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast with a variety of food. Great value for the prize.
