- The location is very convenient if you would like to be in a walking distance from the city center and yet avoid the old town tourist crowds.
- The property has a free parking for the guests which is really convenient in a touristy destination like Rovinj
- The staff was very friendly and helpful
- The towels and bedsheets were spotless, and there were a lot of extra towels for the room and the pool
- The sunbeds by the pool are really comfy, soft and clean
- The breakfast was nice and included in the price

Not being a fan of large hotels we had to admit that the Monte Mulini did offer all we required.
Opened in August of 2017 in the historic town centre of Rovinj, Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is situated in a renovated heritage building from the 1920s.
