We are lucky to stay in many 5-star establishments everywhere, and I admit to having been impressed several times by The Peninsula Hong Kong.
The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique. The attention to detail, the responsiveness of the staff, room facilities are excellent.

Fast check in. The receptionist were nice to accommodate our request.
Staffs we encountered are all friendly. Especially the one who is in charge of the cafeteria and cleaning lady from 17F.
Nice little hostel; very clean, with 2 areas to hang out and meet people. The rooftop is super cosy and very cool to hang out (with view over many other buildings, giving a bit of a cyberpunk feeling).
The lady communicates a lot, also during the stay, giving a lot of tips for things toe at or things to do. She's very helpful in case of any questions, and most importantly, very friendly. She's really the one making it a 10.
We had a great experience at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. We were given a free room upgrade which was nice. Our room was spacious and had a great view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I saw they had a pillow menu but it wasn’t necessary as the ones in the room were perfect. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to a metro station which allows you to easily go anywhere you’d like. There were also a bunch of restaurants in the area.

Very helpful, even though they rush about like New Yorkers they will stop and try to help with directions. Except for one man every one tried to be helpful even if they knew no English.
