Absolutely stunning hotel in fantastic location! Our Infinity Blue room on the top floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The hotel is surrounded by stunning gardens with sea views in every direction. We particularly enjoyed sunbathing on the secluded beds nestled among the rocks, which provided both privacy and stunning vistas. While it's true that the sunbeds around the beach get reserved early in the morning, it wasn't an issue for us as we preferred the quieter, less crowded spots on the rocks.
The sandy beach, although small, is lovely with crystal-clear, turquoise waters. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the main restaurant, which had a wide variety of options, and the delicious lunches at the Amar restaurant by the beach. The hotel offers plenty of dining choices for dinner, but in the evenings, we preferred to explore Agios Nikolaos which is a charming little town about a 35-minute walk from the hotel.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Minos Palace and would highly recommend it! The hotel is very peaceful and offers plenty of privacy, making it the perfect getaway for couples.

View is good and front desk staff is helpful. Place is in middle of nowhere on a busy road, 15 min by car from Agio Nikolos and Elunda so if you do not have a car then it is difficult to move around.

It was a great place to go by boat to see but there isn’t any guide to help understand the history or what exactly the buildings/rooms were. Some signage but only have an hour so you can’t see it all in that time. We hustled around the place not really reading much so we could see more but still missed a lot. Recommend reading about the history before visiting for it to be a better experience ana understanding.

Absolutely disappointing.
Absolutely disappointing. A beautiful island from afar, but left to destruction. Thousands visit the island every month, but the money earned with it goes not to the upkeep of the island. It has tremendous potential as a destination, for a good museum, restaurants, even performances at night. As it is now, it is falling apart.

It was right on the waterfront with a small public car park across the road. We caught a boat to Spinalonga from the end of the car park.
The apartment was comfortable, very clean with a fridge, hotplate and kettle. The owners were very friendly and helpful, food at the Taverna was great. The best moussaka ever tasted!
Loved the property, truly spectacular all around family vacation. Large resort with several restaurants, teens club, gym, tennis court, nice beach, pool etc. Everything was clean, fun to drive around in the buggies.

The apartment is really well designed, and we loved using the balcony to watch life go by in the town square and the port. The main (double) bedroom has the bed facing the patio doors, so the wonderful view over the harbour and towards Spinalonga can even be enjoyed while sitting up in bed.
All communication was excellent. The property was cleaned and bedding/towels changed once during the week's stay, which we thought was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were met by Maria who was so nice and helpful. She left us a welcome pack with fruit, bread and wine which was such a nice touch after a long drive. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore Elounda, Plaka and Spinalonga. Just a short stroll to restaurants and the the beach. The balcony is perfect to sit and watch the boats go by with a lime tree right outside. Overall the apartment was very clean and well equipped for our stay.
Absolutely fabulous would highly recommend. Great location with views to spinalonga island. Staff are beyond friendly. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect. We went for the half board option, great selection from three restaurants. We especially loved the Asian restaurant. Great cocktails at both beach bar and hotel bar. We hired a car and did the richtis Gorge hike, visited Agios nikolaos and also walked to kolokitha beach which is near Elounda.

Spacious balcony, we really liked to sit and eat there, perfect place to watch a sunrise. We can see Spinalonga from balcony. The apartment has everything you need, kitchen facilities, big fridge, laundry machine.

The hosts, the newly-refurbished rooms, the VERY comfortable bed and pillows, powerful shower, good air-con, the welcome Prosecco and fruit, bottles of water provided each day - all of it was spot on. Our balcony overlooked the hustle and bustle of the harbour and was great to watch the world go by, and was literally seconds to get to restaurants, bars, the beach and the boats to Spinalonga.
Everything about this little hotel is perfect, and should we return to Elounda we would not look to stay anywhere else.
Fantastic hotel, couldn't fault the room, the view, the service, the facilities and the food! Great location between Plaka (for Spinalonga) and Elounda, both a short taxi ride away, with access to loads of bars and affordable restaurants.
We took full advantage of the spa, restaurants and lunch and cocktail options, which can add up a lot of euros, so something watch out for but we wanted total luxury for 5 nights a d that's what we got with our own got tub over looking the sea!
