The resort itself is lovely as recently refubished. It is not suitable for couples as children everywhere, something I hadn't anticipated on booking.Parents who let their children run riot with no thought for other age groups.The first room we were given was appalling for the money and had a childs madeup bed and a cot... we are a couple in our sixties. On complaining we got nowhere and had to sleep the first night. The next day we were shown a suite... lovely with own pool but at a price! we had no choice but to accept as there for 10 days. The food is very good with a choice of restaurants, the main buffet restaurant is hell on earth with children everywhere but the smaller Cretan restaurant was fine.The Asian and Steak restaurant both excellent. The staff are excellent, close proximity to the beach but a taxi ride to anywhere as unwalkeable.The room we had was non smoking but the terraces clearly weren't. We had a German couple next to us who smoked all the time so was unpleasant.. this needs to change.Value for money it is not .

The rooms were very spacious, minimal and extra clean. A serene place with very good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We visited this place with a large group of friends in order to attend a baptism on the actual hotel. Therefore we had company and we had a great time. If that wasn't the case, the hotel is extremely quiet and mainly oriented for people who play Golf. The interiors are also very American Golf Style.

Can’t fault our stay at Casa Blu at all. It was our honeymoon so we were a bit sceptical about it being perfect but we needn’t worry as it really was perfect. We stayed in the room with a private pool and balcony and it was paradise. The staff can’t do enough for you and really make your stay exactly what you want it to be. We’ll definitely be back.

We were here in September and it was even better than we remembered. Room was lovely, breakfast fresh and tasty, and apartments are in a great location.

Offering an outdoor pool and unobstructed views of the Cretan Sea, Casa Bianca is located in the Koutouloufari village in Hersonissos.

Staff were excellent could not fault them.kostas vangelis and Georgia are a credit. Unfortunately the room did not meet our expectations we booked a suite which felt quite small a little dark and the bedroom was small. Limited storage no drawers and out balcony was shared access for another room. When I'm paying for the best room I expect a private balcony. As a minimum I have stayed elsewhere in the resort paid less and had 2 balconies. Breakfast was good and varied and cooked to order. All in all the staff made it but it was just a little to small for us.

Situated in the picturesque village of Koutouloufari, Villa Iokasti provides traditional accommodation with plenty of entertainment facilities, free wireless internet and warm Cretan hospitality.
