Very nice location, but the hotel does not have elevator. However, they help us carry the luggage, but we had to climb 4 floors ourselves. There was a Muslim shower (Shattaf) in the washroom, which was a very pleasant surprise for us

Pretty cozy apartment with beautiful sea view in the very center of Batumi, equipped with everything needed to stay. Europe square is near the hotel , and it usually loud here but soundproofing is perfect and didn't here anything from outside. We were staying in spring and it was warm at flat.David answers quickly and helps with all the questions, really responsible staff .
Excellent location as it is near to Europe Square and any other walking attraction in Batumi. Ms. Eteri also waits for us on the road for us to easily locate the apartment. She also prepared little birthday greetings and wine for us as i informed her that it was my friend's birthday. It is also walking distance from the bus station.
The hostel was in an excellent location with walking distance to the corniche and the europe square and piazza square. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were very cooperative and cordial.
Appartement was perfect for big family (3 adults, 2 kids). Big flat, very clean, a lot of space for children. Comfortable beds. Location is also very good: 20 minutes by walk to Europe Square. A lot of shops and restaurants near flat. Very friendly owners! Thank you very much!
I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Varied and delicious breakfast, perfect Spa, wonderful sky-bar. There is billiard room in the Hotel which operates 24 hours and it's free for the guests.

Location is perfect, it's 10 minutes to Ali and Nino statue, Europe Square by walk. Rooms were clean. The reception is open 24 hours and the stuff are very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, with fully equipped facilities and comfortable accommodation. You can easily walk to the tourist attractions; it may take around 10 or 20 minutes on foot. Additionally, it is located very close to Europe Square.
Great location, would recommend it over the 5 stars hotels that are right on the promenade but further from the center of the city. Europe square just by the hotel is a bonus.
Irine at the reception was wonderful and very helpful. Within a very short notice she arranged us a driver and a tour. Her English is great. Thank you Irine !
