"I specifically booked a room with a king size bed, but upon arrival, I was given a twin bed room instead. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning. Despite my repeated requests for a room change, the receptionist, George, brushed off my concerns and insisted it would be fixed shortly. It took an unacceptable two-hour wait at the reception before they finally agreed to give me another room.
This experience was beyond disappointing; it was outright unacceptable. After an exhausting early morning flight, I expected basic competence and courtesy, which were sorely lacking. The hotel's failure to meet even the most basic standards of service is deeply concerning.
I urge the management to seriously address these issues to prevent other guests from enduring such incompetence and inconvenience in the future."

Really nice hotel in a great location . Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The restaurant on the roof has an amazing view, and the food was really good . The location is ideal . It's very reasonable priced as is the dining there . Would recommend.

Strategic position - not in down town, but close to the pedestrian area D.Aghmashenebeli and to the Bridge of Peace it takes 25 min by walk.
The courtyard was very cool. The room was small but comfortable, it was located on the ground floor and had a little fridge. The hotel is near the main Cathedral and Avlabari metro and bus station and it's 20 min far from the Bridge of Peace by foot. There is a quite big shared kitchen.
Greeted with smile by the staff made us feel we are finally starting to enjoy Georgia. Loved the hotel, it's not something big and fancy but it's clean and well designed hotel at the end of street. It took us about 25 mins fast pace walking to get to hotel from Tbilisi bridge of peace.
The location is perfect. It’s right exactly in the city center of Tbilisi, very close to a lot of historical and touristic places in the old town, like the Freedom Square, Bridge of Peace, Sulfur Bath Houses, Mother of Georgia and many more. There are a lot of nearby good restaurants and grocery stores or markets and souvenir shops as well. The apartment is clean, very convenient and comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly especially Lasha 👌👍🥳.
A cozy hotel in the very heart of Old City, nearby Bridge of Peace, Metekhi and Rike Park. A room with a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee or tea that was kindly procured. A really comfy mattress and a clean bathroom that is extremely important for me personally. Pretty much satisfied with the stay here and the hospitable staff.
the view from my room was amazing... the tv tower and the funicular, and mother of georgia too. the hotel is also very near to the avlabari metro station (and bus station). after i got familiar with the surroundings i just walked down to get to the cable car, meidan square, the bridge of peace, most everywhere really as it was fine weather for walking.
