The staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinner was very good value for money being half priced mains on a Tuesday. Our waiter was very engaging. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. The location was excellent , right on the river with all the main sites easily reached on foot. Parking was easy at the large open air public carpark next to the hotel.

Parking was easily available, which is a premium in the town and a consideration when deciding to pay the premium price over other hotel options.
We were greeted by very friendly staff on arrival and our room was ready early which was great.
Breakfast was excellent, and again staff were very attentive.
