We had dinner which was lovely, all our meals were good. The room was spacious for a family, comfy beds, good shower and tea/coffee making facilities.

Recently stayed here as we were attending a show at Wisley Gardens for 5 days and the location could not have been better - 5 minute drive! On the whole we had a reasonably good experience in this historic building, staying in a front room in the main building, with four poster, panelled walls and a fireplace. The public areas were attractively decorated and furnished and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly at breakfast and evening meals. The food was good.
Location was great, beautiful walk along the river close to hotel, a real gem! Nice area close to RHS Wisley Gardens.

excellent location for travelling by train - less than 2 mins walk from station. Stylish accommodation with everything needed - very central for shops/restaurants etc. I travelled by shuttle bus to Wisley gardens from the station and easily spent an evening in London with an 'evening out' travelcard also from Woking station.
We recently enjoyed a stay at the Talbot Inn in Ripley near Woking. There was extensive accommodation in the quiet area at the back of the hotel, and our room and beds were most comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming, and we appreciated the excellent breakfast in the attractive dining room in the hotel. The location was ideal for us to visit the wonderful Wisley Gardens, and the drive in to London afterwards was direct. We hope to stay again on our next visit to the area. Thankyou.
They had added a fan to the room as it was very hot. The room was fine. Nice view overlooking the street for entertainment. They let me have the key a little bit before official check in time as I was going to a funeral party so was only there to sleep at night, and didn't use the other facilities. Very handy for visiting RHS Wisley Gardens the next day.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice setting, quiet despite main road. Convenient for town and especially RHS Wisley gardens. Not too busy. Friendly pets :)
Also convenient for Heathrow - if you have a car.
The breakfast and pub were awesome. The room was nice and it was easy walking distance to so many things (R.Wey, Anchor pub, Wisley gardens, OK we were good walkers)
