Unmissable! .High quality food, drinks and service.
Unmissable! .High quality food, drinks and service. The gift shops have an excellent price range of gifts/souvenirs and package them well. Excellent provision for those with mobility issues.Beautiful and interesting things to see. Lots of wooden benches outside if I needed to sit out in the air and rest and take photos. Not allowed inside. The kitchen tour is extremely interesting but needs to be booked in advance as only a small number of people can go at any one time.

The castle tour is rich with history.
The castle tour is rich with history. You will need to enter the castle grounds to watch the changing of the guard so make sure you leave enough time ahead of the event to get tickets and get over to the area where the guard change happens.

The day we went it was very overcrowded, very hot and we were rushed through the chapel, in one door out the other and were not allowed to stop to see anything because if we dared to stop we were told to move on, after travelling half way around the world and paying good money it was a terrible experience, eventually we left in anger and vowed never to return.

Lovely Castle. Shame the chappel was closed for the day.
Lovely Castle. Shame the chappel was closed for the day. I think we should have been told that before booking as it is amazing and a good part of the castle visit. I would have the audio to go around and find out more about it. Cafe is very busy at lunch time so go early and get a table. Watch out for their umberella's they are expensive and don't work very well.

A nice place to visit.
A nice place to visit. I can't help to ponder as we walked through the streets seeing all the poverty around and yet the Queen and her minions have SO much wealth but seem unwilling to share. Sad.

Set in quiet location, (apart from the flights re Heathrow) but nothing you can do about that!
The grounds were well kept.
We liked the connecting rooms very much, being together as opposed to opposite ends of the hotel.
Staff very very pleasant and very helpful, arranging a taxi to take us to Windsor Castle.
The food in respect of breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.
Amazing location directly in front of the historic Windsor Castle. The staff of the hotel was extremely friendly. Loved the stay at this hotel and would 100% recommend it to others.
The room and bathroom were spacious and nicely presented. There was undercover parking available at a cost and needs to be reserved. The hotel is in a very handy location across the road from Windsor castle and easy walk to shops and Thames.
The location was spot on! We didn't have to use our car for any of the sights we wanted to see and do around Windsor centre which made our stay far more relaxing. The apartment is a stones throw away from Windsor Castle and was very comfortable, a homely and relaxing feel and a good size too. The photos don't do it justice. The owner was extremely helpful on the build up to our stay and checked we managed to get in ok too.
Hotel was excellent, the property looked liked it had been recently decorated as paint looked fresh, decor was modern and clean. The property was in the perfect location between Lego land and Windsor castle, both places we visited during our stay. Is within walking distance to the castle and main Windsor centre. Taxis are easy to get and come within a few minutes. Would highly recommend
The Royal Adelaide Hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from Windsor Castle, making it perfect for tourists. The historic charm of the building is well-maintained, blending traditional architecture with modern amenities. The hotel is comfortable, well-furnished rooms and the courteous, attentive staff. The breakfast very good with a variety of options that cater to different tastes.
Location was great, in front of Windsor castle, elevator worked well, but the hotel needs some maintenance. We did see the Windsor Castle and it was very central and easy to find. The restaurant Ivy was perfect in all ways !
This small boutique hotel is really a gem. Situated in Eton which is quieter than Windsor, but within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions, Windsor Castle, River trips, Eton College & varied restaurants etc.
Hotel on site parking worth reserving for £15.
Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Excellent full English breakfast or continental provided.
Met by the helpful and friendly host who arranged the parking, handed over the keys and showed us the apartment and facilities. The apartment was clean, spacious with lots of facilities for a self-catering stay, good Wi-Fi and a view of Windsor Castle, perfect for our stay. It was less than 5 mins away from Legoland which was our reason for the visit. Highly recommended for families or couples visiting Legoland / Windsor area. Less than 15 mins from the M4 motorway. Preferred to hotel stay.
