Our (non sea view) room (#10). On the 2nd floor, accessed by a narrow half-spiral staircase (quirky). Good size room, clean, comfy bed, heatpump/aircon!, fridge, good size tv, newly renovated bathroom. Friendly staff. Best equipped room we had on our whole B&B/Hotel stays around the country. 👍😎 Location on Deal waterfront opposite the Pier is excellent, with large public carpark behind the hotel. Restaurants, Bars and Cafes all up & down the road.

My husband and I treated ourselves for the weekend. The bed was huge and we loved the spacious room. The receptionist was really smiley and professional and the produce at breakfast was excellent.

Beautifully presented home with great shared space on the ground floor for us to enjoy as a family. The collection of toys and books was a big bonus. As were the stair gates to keep our toddler contained.
Everything worked well, beds were comfortable and location is great for getting out of the door to the seafront easily.
One day we walked to Walmer Castle and Garden along the promenade and had a great day without having to drive.
Close to a sprinkling of shops off the Green, paper shop, hardware and general stores. Gorgeous walks along the sea front. Skies and seas, fabulous. 15 minutes into centre of Deal. Other direction up to Walmer Castle.
Beautiful flat, decorated in a refreshingly characterful way! Comfortable bed, good shower, comprehensible TV remote (!). Amazing bookcase - I have never seen Gore Vidal in a holiday let before. Good location - moments from the town centre and seafront, and enabled a lovely 5k run to Walmer Castle and back. Clear information and friendly messages from the owner.
Super period conversion 2 bed apartment with rustic-urban styling. Great location for Walmer Castle and short distance to Deal town. Huge bed - fantastically comfortable, in a peaceful location. Garden very nice. Parking easy, just on the road outside. Owner, very efficient with answering messages and available on the phone.
Property was ideally located for visiting Walmer Castle and the surrounding beaches. Our apartment was quiet,comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
Samphire House was full of charm and character, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We particularly loved the snug, conservatory, blue bathroom and the views across the rooftops from the little window on the top floor and the beds were very comfortable so we all slept very well every night. We enjoyed exploring Deal, Walmer Castle, beautiful Broadstairs and Wingham Wildlife Park on the way home.
Superbly comfortable bed in a well appointed and interesting room. Outstanding breakfast. Very quiet and private. Convenient for excellent restaurants and pubs in Deal, Walmer and Kingsdown. Walmer Castle and Deal Castle both worth visiting.
