The staff are AMAZING!! We had to book a last minute stop over to break up a long journey and a few hours before arriving I messaged the hotel requesting a cot bed, Claire got back to me straight away ensuring something suitable would be ready for our arrival. When we got there we were told they could put us in a room with 2 double beds to make things easier for us, she also made us feel so welcome and relaxed after a long day. The breakfast staff were also amazing with our daughter. Fransico could see our toddler wasn’t eating anything we offered her so suggested to make her some pancakes with Nutella and brought them to the table for her. Breakfast options were great, lots to choose from and all very tasty. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The NCP car park was right opposite the hotel entrance which was very handy. We would definitely stay here again. Very happy with everything

In my opinion this is quite a bland, modern stadium, with the usual glass-fronted main stand and quite plain and similar looking other stands. Inside it's one-tiered seating all around, and hard to tell which part you are in! Built about 20 years ago, it's very similar to Southampton's St.Mary's stadium (built around the same time), but with blue seats instead of red!

Room was basic & needs an update but was clean & bed was comfortable. En suite shower was fine. Good choice of breakfast, with fruit juice, tea coffee cereals scrambled egg, bacon sausage & beans. Toast & sweet cakes to finish. Free parking right outside & wifi was fine. Female owner was polite & helpful. Family have owned for 40 years, her parents previously. Close enough to walk to the king power stadium for football about 35 minute walk. Good value for money. Breakfast room nice & bright.
