Great location, friendly staff, clean & comfortable
The location is very good, not far away from the city center (about 15 mins by bus and 30 mins walking) and also close to Aston Villa's stadium (Villa Park).
The check in and out is convenient. The kitchen is well equipped. The room is quite spacious and had a sofa as well as a couple of tables, one of them had a mirror on it.
Great value and a convenient location near two train stations and Villa Park. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff, as well as friendly people to chat with in the pub downstairs.
Location is relatively practical for getting into the city centre and within walking distance of Aston Hall and Villa Park. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Bed was very comfortable. Given the position of the hotel near large roads it was incredibly sound proof. Unlike other hotels I have stayed in, the heating was just right. The food in the restaurant the night I arrived was very good value for money. I had dahl which came with onion baji, basmati rice, naan and was cheaper to what I would pay at the pub and very good comfort food. Good value for money and I could walk to Villa Park. I only came to Birmingham to see a Villa game having been travelling through the UK.
Very nice and comfy hotel, close to the city center and relatively close to the Villa Park (if you are travelling to watch a game). Room was spacious and very clean.
