The attention to detail and well thought out design made our stay excellent. Little things like siting the tv in the best location and ensuring the tv wires were behind the wall made my partner very happy!! Fresh milk in a sealed glass bottle rather than a carton made me happy!The bed and bedding was good quality and very comfortable. The Owner couldn't have been more helpful, offering fantastic customer service. We will definitely return.

I booked the room via booking.com but when I arrived my card did not work, and I was not given a key until I paid (neither mine or the reception staff’s internet connection worked).
With views over the river, this riverside hotel is a 5-minute walk from Worcester city centre, and a 2-minute walk from the Royal Worcester Porcelain Museum and the cathedral.

Everyone of the staff we met went above and beyond in ensuring we were happy.
From checking in to checking out all was great.
Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly especially considering one of our party is an extremely fuss eater who doesnt like onions :)
