It was a home from home, food was lovely, room was very comfortable, staff was so friendly, we could not find anything to complain about, even parking the car was easy, The Hedgehog we would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again when we are in the area, on first night my Husband said I had excelled with finding The Hedgehog as I’m the one that does the bookings, so that is high praise indeed

The location for visiting the National Memorial Arboretum is perfect. The hosts were friendly. The room was very big. The breakfast was very good and very good value.
We and our dogs were made to feel very welcome, the room was a good size and comfortable, with a nice view of the village. It's a lovely, cosy pub and very close to the National Memorial Arboretum and there are some nice walks nearby.
Good value for money and an excellent location for visiting the National Memorial Arboretum. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal in the pub good pub grub. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The location for the National Memorial Arboretum was amazing. The welcome and assistance from young female bar staff was great. Good breakfast at a convenient time. Plenty of towels supplied in the room.
