Amazing ambiance, from the gorgeous building itself and courtyard to the beautiful rose gold hallway and signature scent in the lobby. Also really impressed at the size of the rooms and the lovely design of the bathrooms. All staff members were so friendly and helpful, we felt very spoiled.

To top it off, he even left cold drinks waiting for me upon arrival—a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcomed.
