We loved all the treats provided for my dog - blankets, bowl, treats, bed - she loved the bed. We loved the local produce samples left for us to try. The bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The Bolt Hole has every detail covered and we were very happy to spend time there. We cooked in the kitchen both nights and enjoyed it. It is very well situated to walk into Winchcombe for the pubs and shops and Sudeley Castle. We also drove to Broadway and spent the day there, just a few miles away.

The location of Queen Mary cottage is very convenient to the centre of Winchcombe, situated in the grounds of Sudeley Castle, Very convenient to the local pub, The White Hart Inn, which served excellent food, and the local shop. Winchcombe was also ideally suited to travel to Bouton on the Water and other Cotswold towns and villages.

The location was absolutely perfect, very near to everything, just a short walk up the road into Winchcombe. Lovely walks and Sudeley Castle on our doorstep. Cheltenham and surrounding Cotswold villages a short drive away. The apartment was lovely, like living in your own little square of beautiful old buildings, very quaint with a red telephone box acting as a lending library :-) The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious, newly decorated and very clean.

The kitchen was very well prepared with plenty of utensils and cutlery and additional consideration given to tea, coffee, milk etc. The cafetiere was an excellent addition, though we did also try the coffee machine. We appreciated the large tea pot. The BBQ was excellent. The lounge was very pleasant. The beds were comfy and the views were lovely. We enjoyed visiting Sudeley Castle Gardens and walking into Winchcombe
