This hotel is perfectly located, close to Richmond station and very reasonably priced for what you get. Also, I love that it has a 24hr front desk, and the staff are so helpful. I really can’t fault this place- it’s not glamorous, but it has hot showers, plugs that work, clean beds, a fantastic location and excellent service which is all I need.

Beautifully decorated hotel bedrooms nice large bathrooms. quiet despite being over the pub. Friendly staff .Great breakfast . Nice atmosphere in the bar and perfectly near to Richmond Station...oh and on the hottest weekend of the year so far great to have aor conditioning .

the extras, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid etc etc (have stayed in a few places recently and due to covid and nothing there, good to be able to arrive and have a cup of tea on arrival (powdered milk is acceptable, but shops two minutes away).

It was a nice comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It had all the facilities I would expect from a hotel, including TV, coffee/tea, WiFi. It was very close to Richmond station. The hotel was staffed 24/7 and friendly helpful staff.
