Staff were welcoming and polite. There was an issue when travelling up where central reservations told us the booking had been cancelled. They put us through to the actual hotel, who were reassuring our room was still booked.
When we checked in, we had been upgraded and had access to the mini bar.
The room was spotless and comfortable, and we were able to check out late as signed up to their loyalty scheme.
Breakfast was good and fresh, and we enjoyed it.
We were able to use facilities and enjoyed a morning swim. The standard of cleanliness was high.
We enjoyed our stay, and when we go back to visit family, we will use this hotel again.
