The sea was getting choppy when we arrived after 8pm & went...
The sea was getting choppy when we arrived after 8pm & went for a walk across the road from the sea wall. People stood near the sea wall to watch the sea and sometimes the sea went over the wall and they got wet. It was so nice & peaceful. I hope we go back again next year.

Everything!! The hosts Sarah and Paul were so welcoming and friendly throughout our 2-night stay. They immediately upgraded us from the room we had booked. It was a lovely big room with plenty of storage and a view of the park and the sea from the bay window. Wonderful full English breakfast with all the trimmings. The quiet location is close to a lovely park and beach. By following the cliff path you can arrive at Paignton beach in 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you Sarah and Paul for a wonderful stay.

The location is fantastic - right by Paignton Beach and only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Despite that, the room was quiet and we got a great night’s sleep. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Lovely, clean, quiet guesthouse, perfectly located just 2 minutes from Paignton beach in one direction and 5 mins from the town centre in the other direction. Lovely comfortable bed, breakfast was super and staff friendly and helpful. Definitely stay there again 🤩!
