The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bathroom was modern with both a free standing bath and separate shower.

Very difficult to drive and park there.
Very difficult to drive and park there. A lovely looking environment but it was nearby Treyarnon Bay that was our reason for loving Padstow. We would highly recommend the YHA at Treyarnon Bay so that you can park. Great place to have a beach BBQ under that stars so best to park at sundown and avoid the traffic jams on the Cornish lanes to the beach.

The Harbour is small but clean and tidy, there are various boat trips when in season and the passenger ferry to Rock. A village on the opposite side of the estuary.
If you like folk law and history be there on 1st May. Padstow Obby Oss day. With precessions, dancing with the age old Obby Oss.

The cottage was perfectly located, only a 5 minute walk to Padstow Harbour.
Beautifully quaint and cosy, and very clean. It had all the necessary equipment and was decorated with gorgeous accessories, and a working fireplace!
Great breakfast although only served until 8.30am which was slightly early for us. Convenient location about 10 mins walk from Padstow harbour. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail with some lovely added extras. Yvonne was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely stay.
Lovely property with a modern but homely feel and everything you need. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size.
The location is fantastic with just a 5 min walk to Padstow Harbour and the main pubs and restaurants. Plus, it has a dedicated parking space - which is not always a given in this area.
The close proximity to Padstow harbour and car parks. Also the cottage was superb and very quirky. Plenty to do within a few hundred yards and a great base for our stay. We toured a lot of the north coast and returning back to Portloe Cottage at the end of the day was lovely
The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Beds, bedding, towels etc all good quality, everything very comfortable and in very good order. The weather was really warm but the apartment stayed very nice and cool being in the basement, it had a bright and airy feeling due to the internal patio area that the apartment wraps around. Very nice decoration and decorative touches. We found the location to be excellent, very quiet and peaceful yet a very short stroll from the hustle and bustle of Padstow Harbour.
The location was exceptional. Just a few minutes to the picturesque Padstow Harbour. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a place close to good restaurants and fabulous walks.
Hotel has been refurbished in recent years to a very high standard. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was well appointed with good shower facilities. Restaurant food was of the highest quality, service was excellent and all staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was good, with a wonderful view across Padstow harbour
The reception and evening bar staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location opposite Padstow Harbour.
