No trip to San Sebastián is complete without a tour of Parte Vieja’s “pintxo” bars. It’s here, in the city’s old town that the local flagship dish – small, serve-yourself portions – are raised to an art form. Start off with a couple at the traditional Paco Bueno before hopping to the next pintxo bar down, and so on. Eating like a local has never been so enjoyable.
