First night in England and had a great night's sleep on a cozy bed. Good sized bathroom with a hot shower once I worked out how to get the hot water! Liked that I could open the windows. Loved being in Kew Gardens - lovely neighbourhood and the Kew Gardens Hotel was SO close to the cafes and the train station
Great contact with the owner. Perfect location for visiting Kew Gardens. Parking in front of the hotel was great. Nice, cosy rooms. Convenient late check in procedure.
We didn't actually use this facility but there was a good varied menu available. We received complimentary tea and delicious scones on arrival. Location for Kew Gardens was perfect, within short walk to choice of two entrances. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with the added benefit of off road parking right outside (may be dependent on apartment selection). Excellent hospitality and service by host and staff. Would recommend.
Communication with Neil was excellent. The apartment was spotless and in a terrific location, five minute walk to train station, village shops, restaurants and the bonus of Kew Gardens. We had our washing and drying done at the premises next door, also fabulous
Kew gardens hotel is in a brilliant location, a short walk from the tube station and gardens. It has very spacious facilities which we enjoyed. The highlight was the beautiful meal at the restaurant and the garden bar area.
We had a twin room for me and my mum. Staff were all so friendly and professional; nothing was too much effort. The hotel decor overall was beautifully done. The room was huge and I loved the high ceilings, chandelier, and having a bath in the en-suite! Dinner was perfectly cooked and breakfast was just what we wanted before a day sightseeing at Kew Gardens. The Eggs Benedict was spot on and refillable tea and coffee was a nice touch. The gentleman who checked us in was a real joy; top marks for all the staff.
Character hotel in a lovely location, close to transport links, and our visits to Kew Gardens and the National Archive. Comfortable room and good food too.
There was a good range of choices for breakfast. The food was excellent. The hotel was small and well appointed. The only noise was from the planes taking off but this is to be expected and after a while we became used to this. The location was excellent with the underground station just a short walk away and Kew gardens within easy walking distance too. On street parking was not a problem.
We had tickets for Kew Gardens and the hotel was perfect for the visit - 5 mins from Kew Station and about 10mins to Kew Gardens. Our stay was bed and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and more than substantial for us.
