Really friendly hotel, room very comfortable with lots of natural light and decent amenities. Well located to the main activities in Margate. Tasty food options at breakfast and lunch, and has a nice wine bar downstairs. Would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful & they’ve nailed the home from home atmosphere. I booked a solo night away to switch off & that’s exactly what I did. Ava was amazing, so attentive & welcoming. I enjoyed a glass of wine in the drawing room in the evening which gives you being at home vibes. I loved the decor throughout, a lot of attention to detail. A short walk to nearby coffee shops (Forts coffee & food was amazing) and restaurants (I ate at Sargossa & Buoy and Oyster).

Our room and the shared bathroom we used were super clean . They provided everything you could need . Breakfast was great and location a short walk from Margate station .
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Margate station. We were greeted on arrival and given our key and asked what time we wanted breakfast the next morning. The room was small but perfect for just one night. It was clean and the bed was co for table.
The hotel is in a reasonable position from Margate Station - a 5 minute taxi ride. It was fine for one night.
Double glazing helped cut down on outside noise. Pleasant staff
Beautiful quirky guest house run by an amazing couple Tracy and Colin who are nothingness but accommodating and lovely! Short walk from Margate station and the event we was going to for NYE.
The bed was OBSCENELY comfy! One of the best nights sleep ever! Will certainly stay again.
Wonderfully welcoming and helpful hosts Kim and Teresa, great breakfast, clean and tidy room and bathroom facilities, and also very quiet. Location can't be beaten if you're using Margate station as it's a minute away. A traditional seaside hotel of the type that is sadly disappearing in favour of anonymous chains.
This hotel is really nice and cute. Very close to both Margate station and the beach. You can have a sea view room, and you really see the sea.
Owners Kim and Teresa are really lovely hosts, nice and helpful. English breakfast homecooked daily is delicious.
Prices are reasonable. All in all, a great option to stay over in Margate.
