Super friendly staff, nice clean and quiet room and perfect location for us going into Cardiff for a big concert (we caught the train from Newport)

The hotel was in a lovely location with beautiful grounds. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and although we arrived very early he was very accommodating and got us an early check in which we really appreciated.
