The checkin was simple; the breakfast arrangements were well organised; the staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were great. The view from the window down the length of Loch Linnhe was very pleasant indeed.
Cairn Cottage was a perfect property - great location, was excellently equipped, beautifully decorated, amazing facilities and with stunning views across Loch Linnhe and Craig was a brilliant host.
We stayed in Birch cabin wich was very easy to find after a very detailed description in email! It is on a beautiful spot, very close to the beach of Loch Linnhe with a magical mountain view! The cabin is well-equipped,rooms are good size, beds are very comfy kitchen has everything you need! Shops and restaurants are about 10-15 mins drive in Fort William !
We had a lovely stay, definetly coming back and highly reccomend for everyone who is looking for a quiet stay on a beautiful location!
Beautiful and stylish apartment. The decoration is very tasteful throughout. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is well looked after. It's spotless. All the rooms are facing Loch Linnhe and the view of the loch and the mountains is so mesmerizing.
The location was amazing overlooking Loch Linnhe and just off the main road (although you wouldn't know it). We crossed the road to our own private beach which the dog loved. We stayed for just one night on our tour of Scotland and wished we could have stayed longer. The views of the hills and loch were amazing together with the woodpeckers just outside our window. The facilities were good and a lovely comfy bed too.
I didn't book breakfast which was not included and was overpriced.
The room was clean and tidy but the shower was small and the doors didn't work properly.
The view over Loch Linnhe was excellent as my room overlookled the loch but there was no air conditioning which necessitated the windows being kept open. The road along the lochside is a busy arterial road and traffic noise was intrusive in the early morning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
We have stopped at this hotel before, location has amazing views over Loch Linnhe, food was excellent staff are very friendly. Hotel in need of o bit of maintenance but looks like work is being done
Anne is a fantastic host. She is so helpful and welcoming. The cottage is perfect. Tastefully decorated, cosy, comfortable and has everything you need. It was spotlessly clean. The shower was amazing and wifi works well too. Just a short walk to a fantastic walk along Loch Linnhe. All in all we had a wonderful break and will definitely be returning.
A clean, well-equipped hostel with private rooms and ensuite shower facilities. The staff are lovely! Situated in a gorgeous location, just a short walk to the banks of Loch Linnhe. There's a ferry that crosses the loch every half hour, which is free for pedestrians and cyclists.
The location was very peaceful and overlooking loch Linnhe. The lodge is beautiful and so luxurious was an absolute treat to stay in. Very comfortable and warm with lots of little thoughtful touches that made our stay special. lovely local toiletries, projector and screen in bedroom and that beautiful large bath in the bathroom. The hot tub is an added bonus to enjoy.
