The spa was incredible - so many cool variations of steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and chill out areas. Absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away!
The food was surprisingly good in the restaurant too and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I’d definitely just go for a meal if I wasn’t staying there - great menu, big portions, tasty fresh ingredients. All good things!

The location was superb. A five minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, the city and the awesome Lichfield cathedral. The place was immaculately clean and warm. The beds were comfortable, and overall a well kept modern place. The host was lovely and was very helpful and quick to answer any queries we had.
We just wanted an overnight stay as we were booked in for an evening event at Lichfield Cathedral. We felt the price paid was excellent value of money given the size of our room, complete with a first rate bathroom / quality shower.
Breakfast was also first class.

Bed was comfortable there were extra pillows . The room was spacious as it was a family room so had a double bed and a single. The tv was a smart tv with Netflix.

Staff were lovely and very kindly looked after our luggage after we checked out so we could go visit family and pick it up later.
The friendliness and quiet efficiency of the staff and they way they are managing bringing life back to normal for everyone. I had gone for a special service in Lichfield Cathedral next day to which I was contributing and it was lovely to sit in the big garden watching the children running around while I enjoyed my beer and my excellent meal. My room was lovely too: quiet, clean and with a huge bed, lovely for an 80 year old, treated with kindness and respect.
