I enjoyed my 3 nights in this charming apartment! The host is very kind and available, and he made me feel comfortable from the beginning. For someone traveling alone like me, it was the perfect value for money as the room was very comfortable and the apartment is in a superb location in the beautiful area of Kensington and close to many metro stations. I didn't have to use it but there is also a very functional kitchen and the living room is also nice for a little rest between 2 trips in the city.
The property was is in a great location, just off Hyde Park and Kensington High Street, in a quiet area. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the staff were wonderful making us feel very welcome and special. I recommend staying here and will definitely use again when visiting London.
Conveniently located close to Bayswater tube station, Kensington Gardens, and Queensway restaurants and cafes. Hotel is small but comfortable and good enough for a few nights in London without breaking the bank.

Hotel was easy walk with luggage from Paddington Train Station. Facilities were modern. Hotel decor was attractive. Check in and out was prompt. Breakfast food and service was excellent. Hotel provided free luggage storage. Restaurants and Kensington garden all within easy stroll.
Location was great, tube and buses around the corner, parks and the famous Kensington road is also walking distance. The area is safe and calm during the night, many shops and restaurants around. Our room was very quiet, neighbours were also chill and made zero noise which is lucky, I guess. We received the code to the gate and to our apartment the morning of arrival, it worked properly. I was happy we did not have to take care of a key while sightseeing etc. Small room but it was serving the purpose.
The apartment is in a great location. For example, it takes only 3 minutes to walk to Notting Hill Gate metro station, and around 9 minutes to get to Kensington Gardens. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby.
The apartment is comfortable and very clean. The owner is helpful and very friendly. We highly recommend it!

My suggestion is to keep away from pubs in the centre of the city since each pint will cost you around 5 pounds.For example , little further like the pub ''The famous 3 kings'' located in Kensington offer good beer for 3,5 pounds for pint.So for 10 pounds you could drink one extra pint which can really make a big difference on how your ''good drunk mood '' can be :) Also try some homemade beers from pubs , they are usually good ( by good i mean they are really easy to drink and they dont have some very specific taste) If you look for something more exotic , you can always ask the barmen.They can be very friendly.
