Everything.From the first moment I felt very welcoming. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite.The room was wonderful beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy just what I needed before the race the next day.The kitchenette was a big bonus as I could reheat my food and make breakfast and coffee in the early morning. The weather was crap and the lady from reception offered me a free umbrella and even found big black bags for me. That's a nice touch. Oh I should take this umbrella it will be a nice memory 😀 Thank you for having me. I had a great stay and a great Definitely will be back.

The current exhibit of "from coronation to couture" is well worth seeing but the palace is also impressive. In each room there is a book with information about the room you are in. It's not as large as you might think but is worth seeing.

Beautiful place and grounds.
Beautiful place and grounds. Hard to believe you were in the middle of London. Sunken Garden and Diana Statue very special and touching to see. Great cafe nearby where you could stay as long as you wanted and very nice gift shop.

Walking distance to paddington station and Kensington palace. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I appreciated the coffee making machine though the cafe downstairs was an even better option.
