We were greeted with a very warm welcome, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a double and single room which were very clean and comfortable with nice bathroom products, also provided in the room was water, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was perfect for us to visit family and local tourist spots. Would highly recommend a stay at this pub hotel.

Delightful small cottage in a great position near the town centre. Very well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. The owners have a real eye for detail and the cottage wants for nothing. The complimentary welcome pack was lovely. Great walks nearby, e.g. it's about 10 minutes walk from the cottage to the Kennet and Avon canal towpath.
A central location, and offering secure storage for our bikes, it made an ideal overnight stop-off on our cycle ride along the lngth of the Kennet and Avon canal. From previous reviews, I was expecting the hotel to be a little tired, but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were of a good standard.
