1) Right across the road from Northfields Underground, making it an easy commute around or when arriving from LHR on the tube.
2) Despite mine being damaged (see what I didn't like) this has an actual shower rather than those shower/bath-tub combos.
3) Staff were courteous and willing and ready to fix any concerns raised with them. Thanks Salomon(?) and colleagues.
4) Breakfast was enough to keep me going. To be fair I've had worse offerings from some airline domestic lounges.
5) They offer complimentary baggage holding service.
6) Room amenities including box of tissues (not all hotels still do this). Perfectly needed when arriving into London with a head cold for the ages.
7) Room was clean. No evidence of lingering corners of furniture that housekeeping had missed dusting for who knows how long.
8) Relatively close to restaurants. I found myself going to the Kebab shop a couple of doors down.
