Beautiful traditional building and furniture. It felt both luxurious and homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was treated extremely well with a lovely dog bed and complimentary ball. The location was excellent with lovely views of the park, easy connections and interesting places to visit nearby. The breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is so beautiful and the staff was so friendly. They were very attentive with our bags and offered us a coffee immediately upon arrival which I appreciated. The common space is so beautifully decorated. We only stayed one night and had to leave early so we didn’t get to try the breakfast or restaurant. Walking distance to the metro and many restaurants. 15 min walk to Harrods. Many reviews said they could hear the metro and while this is true it wasn’t loud and I slept just fine because the bed was so comfortable. I would even say it was the most comfortable bed during our trip out of 3 hotels! I would stay again but I wouldn’t choose the most basic room as it has VERY little walking/suitcase space. Had a wonderfully stocked mini bar and a drawer of snacks available in room. Would have been perfect if it was just slightly bigger.

Attention to detail at a very high standard. The service was outstanding. Everyone that works at the hotel was friendly and delightful. Excellent dining recommendations and other suggestions to make our visit even more memorable. Understated luxurious decoration throughout the property. Great bar. Those fabulous martinis! Very comfortable bed and bedding. Attractive bath with heated floor. Excellent bath products. Tea light lit at evening room turndown. Delicious shortbreads and pillow carmel fudge.

This was a reasonable stay above a pub in Hammersmith, if you’re looking for something outside the city center and reasonably convenient to the tube (10-15 mins walk to Hammersmith station, which is what we primarily used). The neighborhood was walkable with some decent dining options nearby.
hammersmith station is right across the street .. travelling to central london is very easy & fast... many affordable fast food chains inside Station Mall ... large supermarket 5 mins walk away.
A nice little place about a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith station. Very good restaurants in between. Friendly and helpful staff. A well set up room for a very small single. One of the nicer and larger bathrooms I've seen in while at this type of property. They have clearly made some recent updates to the furnishings.
