If you are driving this hotel is the perfect location. It is outside the city center but a quick walk over the pedestrian peace bridge gets you into the city in 10 minutes. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. Rooms are clean and modern.

The staff, environment and spa were all fantastic.
An Grianan Hotel is in the rolling hills of Donegal in historic Burt, and has free Wi-Fi, elegantly designed bedrooms, and a restaurant within a converted church.
The view of the Peace bridge was spectacular!! The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, bars and museums such as Guildhall, Tower hill museum and Free Derry Museum. We took a Taxi for 8 euros to Wild Ireland Animal rescue in Donegal. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.
If I could redecorate my home to look like The Lawrence, I would. Absolutely beautiful property in a great location, on a quiet street but still close to the Guildhall and other points of interest for visitors. Relaxing in the lounge in front of a crackling wood fire after a long day (with a gin and tonic kindly provided by Colin) was a real treat.
Excellent location, view, layout, and amenities : we could easily walk to many attractions ( the Walls, museums, Bogside Murals, Peace Bridge, Guildhall) ,pubs, and restaurants
Well appointed kitchen with dinnerware, cleaning supplies, tea/coffee and snacks.
Manager was very friendly and helpful!
