Location a bit remote. Nice view from bedroom window……a potato field. Bar and staff very good. Food in the bar was excellent. Didn’t use the restaurant.

Lovely village location and easy to find. Turned out it was the pubs monthly quiz night (Tues) which was great fun and the locals were lovely and friendly.
Breakfast in the morning was tasty and well prepared. The lovely lady that cooked it (sorry didn't get her name) was chatty and friendly.
Pub has been tastefully decorated and has a great outside space.

Gorgeous room, modern, bright and clean. Had everything you could possibly want and more. Bed was super comfy, great WiFi, lovely view of the garden. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Kettle and tea tray with plenty of choice of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate. Claire was lovely, friendly and very welcoming. Continental type breakfast was included which I did not expect, cereals, crumpets, toast, jam etc all nice quality. Good location short walk to town and shops, cafes, pubs.
